I was pretty tired after pushing myself bushwalking this am so I had a rest for a while as Andrew said he was going to come across. Finally some advice! Very helpful. 2nd time out the gusts were enough to come up on the foil but as usual I was straight off the back. I ran out of puff after about 6 scrambles back on which was frustrating as I wanted more practise. Corect me if I got it wrong Andrew ,but summary is - Don't go so far off the wind trying to foil. Stand a few inches further forward Keep it down longer so it's going faster when I come up. Apparently I'm coming up too soon and haven't got enough speed so I stall and fall off the back. Great some things to work on. |
