Same as yesterday flat in morning no wind, became chop city when it booted. Fun sail sorry Pete probably wasn’t how you wanted to end the weekend. Stretchy took off after I packed up good luck🫣🤞

Farrrk that was windy. Gusting well over 30K at times, and I had to just sheet out and get through it.
Found a few fun patches to light up the combo...Hydro 85 + 5.0 + 460 SLR.
Happy with the speeds, given the water state, which was choppy AF.
Good sesh, one of the strongest easterlies I've foiled, not too often I'm maxed to over-powered on a 5.0!

not as windy as in the morning but still a pleasant sail. few locals and some left overs from perth gave it a go in more milder conditions.
couldnt believe how quick the tide was going out. the sail was getting pulled under in the channel. bizarre

Honking easterly with high tide. Got back from Albany this morning and dropped the kids off at a birthday party... so didn't get on the water till just before 10. Super gusty but some big bullets coming through.

Rough as guts! Hight tide, on and off. Sailed down to Pt Walter south side, but it was crap. The wind direction made it even more gusty in there and I found myself swimming in bullshark alley so back upwind toward melville. Some monster bullets were comiing through but it was hard to find any where flat enough to send it without crashing. After some sphincter clenching moments I decided to call it quits. But not before taking the 110 out for a few runs just to check if it really was difficult conditions, or if the speed board wasn't compatible with the chop shape. Nup. It was just as hard on the slalom board! Good to get out some of the lactic acid from yesterdays mission!
PS: Thanks Mark for the pic... looks much flatter than it felt~!

Awesome session on the Windtech CM + 7.0 Ezzy Lion. Hectic water state on the NE'stly with Mike and I doing some nice long runs between the boatshed on Matilda Bay down to South Perth YC. Very lumpy out from Peli around the boat channel marker over to Majestics so stayed clear of that most of the morning. Best sail I've had for ages on the NE'ster.
