Started of jysr as a float and ride, booted on the front 30-35knots totally out of control with the 33 fin but managed to survive. Calmed down by the time slowie came down and was a bit of fun milking the gusty conditions.

Coodanup, WA, AU. Well, got that all wrong.  Was a super pleasant 15kts, sunny and 25deg locally but forcast down south was better so opted for that.  On the drive down went from summer to winter in the space of 10 minutes and hit a mega squall about 1/2 way.  Turns out that was the wind.  Arrived to find the cunning old Mobsters optimistically rigging 5.7 in becalmed conditions when it was definitely 8.6 weather.  Rigged in the middle as the locals probably knew better.   Got going a couple of times but basically was a chug fest...mean while local had gone ballistic at 20-30kts...hopefully someone got it.  iSonic97, 7mSvR8, TWS29

short frontal southerly. Big gust came through when I was at work so raced home and loaded the van. Got there and Boz was explaining how he got his @rse handed to him. Was still windy out the back but very southerly. Expecting it to continue to drop I rigged the 135, 41MK3 and 7.7m... First run out was the fastest and then the wind kept fading away... floated back in. Better than nothing!
