Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU - 5.5 hot Maui race, 59W Isonic, 18f Pepe. Really fun day a bit more consistent but was mostly underdone, some gusts were great but timing was key. Good to see all the locals and Jimi making the trip up.

Great day on the water with the Budgie Crew - just couldnt get the top speed in the gusts - need some tuning of the new sail and set up. Westerly was very on and off - fair bit of standing around. Could've gone up a sail size for 90% of the time.

Great to meet you today Jimi! Nice stats, it was hard to line up the big gusts in the flat water. You were looking fast, a bigger sail would have helped!

Thx guys! Yeh Dave, I have some older hand-me-downs that I love. I must say I do enjoy and prefer using smaller gear and stronger winds. ;) No worries at All Jim, won’t take you long if we get some more westerlies; budgy Is unreal!
