Kalmus, Cape Cod. Afternoon low tide session in decent SW wind, after a morning wing session where I forgot the GPS. Freestyle board and 5.5 freeride sail, not really flat, happy with the speeds for the conditions and the gear. Chop was not big, and even had some orderly little waves, but windsurfing on even slightly choppy water is a lot more of a workout than winging. I'll blame my current lack of fitness on going for the wing gear instead of the windsurf gear most of the time.
