Flats all around, shallow in some spots but lots of fun with the boyz Ant (aka as the dog whisperer) and Woody, a quick visit from Nauli minus his gear and the of course sailing with two legends Mike and Pete aka the wind killer but not this time.

Low tide with lots of flats. Tricky with the Delta but as the wind picked up i changed to a narrower board and found some grip. Sailing in the wilderness with Boz,Woody,Decrepit and Warical. Powerd by the 7.0 Evo,98 Falcon,59 ISO,53 Rapid, 18 Delta.

I got 2 runs in at Melville. On the 3rd run was accellerating past 36 when I hit something solid and got flung hard. Broke harness and favourite mast Yell. then the wind died as I was walking back. Biggest crash I've done in a long time... glad the boom & sail (and me) didn't break.

Bugger Chris, glad your okay, did you find the culprit? Remeber a few years ago the floating 1m x 1m formply blown of a building site that I ploughed into, wonder if the same?

Felt like a lump of weed- no damage to the fin... or it could have been a super shallow lump of sand. Not sure. Didn't find it today in similar tide and same gear!. Unfortunately crash broke my favourite mast YellYellYellYellYell and my last roller harness bar. I'm 3d printing a new roller at the moment, and will cobble something together from the dozen or so broken bars I have lying around for tomorrow!
