Afternoon splash with da Captain Boz Dave. Pete and Gloria.
Went into the hideaway with Boz but was hard work and tide going out fast so back out in da chop.
Best speeds on the outside and wind was more consistent. Boz went over the top when he hit a weed berg at speed but no damage or injury… not that he’d say anything anyway, tuff as old boots. Turned out to be a noice sesh sending it over mid size chop. Another tick for me in getting some fitness back.

Pointman (27834km):  Pelican Point, WA, AU Got to Peli at 4 and it was solid 20-25K, better than I was expecting. Rigged a 6.0, but it faded fast, so I upsized to the 7.0 (shoulda rigged the 8.0!) Had an OK sesh on the H85 + 560 SLR + 7.0 combo, but the breeze dropped to 14-15K and I was pretty underdone. Found some nice pressure towards the end of the sesh, and had a good drag with Mike, before calling it. Last run in to the beach was the best
