So, the 16 it was. Felt like handbrake was on, and had to stop to clear weed off the fin almost every run. When fully powered, fin cleared. I've only used the 5.2 three times now, so, tuning it. The 8:1 pulley ext allowed me to properly downhaul it. Big difference.
