189 days ago 2 categories   Porter Lagoon. 25-35kt W, then 15-20 SW. 1st run, got the 36.311. But then got molestered by the squally 35kt winds. Just could not trim the sail properly. In the end, it became dangerous, so went in. But end of the day, it boils down to lack of fitness and tuning for that given condition. But, still happy with the result and it was a fun day. Just a great spot to sail and very scenic with the green hills all around and the spinny things. Hucker 4.2, 14 MUF delta, 63L speedie.
Today was approx the same level as my September session. Had 25mm of rain over night, so hopefully the lake will fill up, and fingers crossed, this spot should work for the next month or so.
