Marmong Point, NSW, AU

That was a bit too much for my old body. Around the 22knots. Still it's all money in the bank.  Didd a  few jibes in the big wind and never dropped one tha came home while l could.  It wasn't about going fast of course

.

Rathies, NSW, AU. 4.7 Taka 1250 Flow. Not really worth posting. Tricky wind in Rathies bay today. Felt very N-NE. Not worth the massive gusts so just went home.

15- 23kts NE Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU level 0.21m

6.5m Turbo - RS2 ( 90ltre) - 22cms Atomic few runs then

 RS1 ( 80ltre) - 6.2m M2OD - 16.5cms FF

1st Budgy sail in over 2 months..I've lost weight so the usual combo was too much. I was the 1st out there and 1st to finish.

Hardwork walking in and out 4 times.

I went out with the 6.5m - 90 and the wind was consistently strong 18-20kts plus. I got some gybes I was happy with considering how rusty I am.

I hung in for a while but it was a bit knarly for someone out of practice so I came in and wasted the best wind rerigging.

I hit something hard going for a gybe near the white marker. I thought the fin was pushed through the top of the board . Surprisingly it was undamaged ( but wedged in hard) and I didn't crash.

Apparently it was the big 6 x 4 .The marker is in the wrong place as it came off and they guesstimated the position.

By the time I got back out it was a bit patchy for the 80ltre.

Couldn't find any flatwater . The 2sec was in 15cms chop..

Due to the patchy wind and lack of skill Undecided I was having trouble working up . I finally got up high where the others were and went for a go but the wind decided to die ..Undecided Lost interest so I came in. It kicked in better as I derigged.

Tired from 3 days in a row. zz

 Brian is going great!

The wind was lacking at first. I went up to look at the northern weed bank but not happening, no one there, and the crusty gusty crew were going out from sailing club so i went there to join them. A group of locals doing wing, kite, and some windsurfers. Old mate Don came out to the weedbank first time and cracked 25. Great to be a part of that. Gabe came for a go later. The lads had BBQ and ice and beer. Good for my leg as i karate kicked with my shin the top of the mast after snapping harness line in a catapult half way back in. I was cruising and a gust smacked me. Gusty inside.
I had very few cataulpts, guess it was time to pay some dues.
