Nice even  S/SE at the club with Lyndon and Àkos. Great flat water, lovely sailing/foiling. Even the sun came out..

 3 - 8kts then 6- 10kts puffs to 12kts SSW - S  Valentine, NSW, AU

 7.5m turbo - 125ltres Tabou Bullit - 38cms Techtonics speed demon

 1.45 hr moving time.

Yesterday I waited 3 hrs at Belmont for the wind to come in so I could have a wing..It didn't happen. Today I had my gear with me but it was patchy and the wingers were floating or paddling in.

 I figured I'd have more fun on the big gear.. At least I could sail in if it dropped.

Just the brain recharge I needed. The Tabou doesn't point well subplaning so I spent the whole time keeping upwind. The board glides along nicely at 8 - 9kts.

  I didn't use my PLB so no catastrophes today.   I used my shark deterrent for the 1st time. One of the wingers saw a 1.5m shark but I didn't.

Got a few gybes I was really happy with. Now I just have to be able to do them powered up in big chop on the narrow boards.. 

I only got going 2 x and in the front strap.

 It looked better than it was , no oomph..

The gusts weren't long enough to bother getting going most of the time. At least the rows of floating weed didn't bother me.

  I think I had more fun than the wingers. 

Of course it kicked in to 10-15kts as I drove away    although it was more SSE.
