Lake George - totally over done, I got gusts to 32 knts on the meter before we went out and I am sure there were much stronger gusts on the Lake, did s few runs and then we deemed it to risky to continue with gusty over powered conditions in such a shallow lake. Thanks so much to Chris Dimond for sailing with me today, great to meet you and share some sailing. Thanks also to John Scott who lent me his board. Last sail this trip, I had such a good time with great people and sailors, hope to be back next year !

Well done in surviving Glenn,  looks like  the lake george season has wrapped up and no serious injuries this year to anyone and we all had a great time

Great to meet you Glenn and brave the elements with you. I've always told myself I will never sail LG when it is very shallow, and now that I have, I know why I've always told myself not to... That mud!! Had the wind been a little bit lighter, then I think it could have been a really good session. Good numbers there too. Hope to see you again in a few years when the water comes back. We will need a biblical rain event for that to happen...

Well done Glenn for giving it a go. The flat area in Kevin's Corner is basically emulsified mud. 37 kts is a great result for only a few runs as well as a good naughty across the lake.
