Kel (37481km):  6 categories       Green Island, QLD, AU Pefect tide and wind all day, unfortunatly only had the fitness for the 33ks. dr cam (42506km):  3 categories Great day on the Island with Kel & Benny MAC . Amazing weather with solid 25 knots of SSE-SE & neap tides . Was so excited to begin with but it came undone on the very first run on the new Evo 13 5.8 & new tpx skinny mast when the mast snapped in half at the first gybe putting a nasty hole in the sail .A long painful walk over the reef flats ensued .Ahhhggrrrrr Rigged the old Evo 6 5.8 ( thanks again Waricle -its been a great /reliable sail ) ,the FMX racing 79 l speed slalom & TSW 25 & wandered out again ... Was a great combo for the conditions & managed some fast feeling runs .Got close to 40 again but just couldnt make it over the line . We are very lucky -this is such a beautiful winter sailing spot ..!! | ||||||||||||||||||
Benny McCarthy (16032km):  3 categories Green Island, QLD, AU Beautiful day over on the Island with Dr Cam & Captain Kel. Solid wind today and sunny skies, everyone in boardshorts and bikinis! Was really enjoying myself until I did the splits whilst attempting a high speed gybe... Would take an essay to explain it... Left hammy torn I'm thinking atm... Still all good fun!
