Kalmus, Cape Cod. First slapper session since February so on the easy slow gear (Skate 110, Freek 5.9). Jibes very rusty, but fun session and better exercise that the wing thing. Tide was low which would have made for a long walk with the foil (not that that stopped Nina), but also made for nice conditions at Egg Island. Wind was a bit too southerly for speed runs longer than 200 m, and flat water meant a bit of wind shadow behind the island that seems to be getting higher and jutting out at new places. Still a lovely place, and had it all for myself.
