sboardcrazy (28094km):  5-11kts E-ESE Coal Point, NSW, AU 7.5m Turbo- 125ltre Tabou bullit - 38cms tectonics weedy I didn't expect to get going. A day for the racefoils rather than fins. A few strong enough gusts but nothing behind them so I didn't bother try to get going. Got all my gybes. My ribs were hurting on starboard . I had the boom high and the lines were pulling up. I also had the side straps on the impact vest really tight as it no longer has a loop to hold it down. I've got osteoporosis in them so it would be easy for pressure to fracture the ribcage. I stopped and put the boom down and let the straps off the vest and it was ok. Phew.. I was worrying that might be the end of my sailing days.. I've ordered a new vest - the other one is 4 years old and still ok but I'll look after my body. Andrew had a good session.
