God that was hard work! Yearly trip to GB for a strong Northerly.
The wind built fast and again I struggled with and overpowered 6.5 and SS (even while Glenn was hammering on his 6.6). Eventually admitting defeat and changing down to 5.5 fixed everything. Much better, but low on energy and the day was a bit of a struggle. Used the Cross 94 for a while and followed with the Falcon. The wind was too gusty on the far side for good gybes, but there were some terrifying gusts over there and I was able to get some good speeds.
