Albany, WA, AU Strange this morning tide was low but no surface weed, as tide went up started to get surface weed so became draggy. Waricle has a theory that the weed reaches to the sun to get a bit of warmth😂anyways think it was more the neg surge. Great catching up with Ben, Shane, Morts, Warricle and Rondog. More a cruisey sail today, was hoping for a bit more water and wind but can’t complain, Albany always delivers something. KAR 5.7 AV 60 / 52

Good speeds all.  Since you didn't do your usual warm up cruise yesterday Boz, I had a suspicion you might have gone for big(er) distance today but the wind probably didn't deliver. Warricle might be right regarding the weed, I had a shot that I cut from the video last minute showing the weed standing straight up, sure gave the impression it was sun seeking...need to put a time lapse camera out there and watch it over 12hrs.
