Awesome session Toody and Cam. I should have taken two weeks off instead of one.

Post script to the trip-;  Was stopped at the security section of Melbourne airport this morning after checking in with Virgin .The Ques were ridiculous & even though Toody & I allowed heaps of time we were cutting fine by the time we checked in ,got tagged ,then had to lug the gear downstairs to oversize.

Bottom line was the scanning security people thought my MXT skinny extension could be used as a weapon & wouldnt allow me to take it onboard.As it was brand spanking new I wasnt happy to leave it behind so I raced back to check in to find the flight was closed -AHHRRRrr.

Was then told they would unload the board bag,arrange another flight & all would be sweet so I trudged downstairs to wait for the board bag to be off loaded.Waited 1.5 hrs with staff just shrugging their shoulders & giving me the "it shouldnt be long " routine . AHHRRr

Turns out the bag did get through to Cairns,the wait meant missing 2 potential flights & now arriving home 8 hrs late !!

Despite the less than happy ending -WHAT A GREAT TRIP.

Amazing numbers BRAD,Spotty ,Hamma & what a team effort SA Speed Demons .!!

Beachport pub ,Food & atmosphere added to the entire experience 

Just got home to Kairi this arvo.....Very pleased that you two got such awesome PBs.    .....My trip to Lake George will live with me for a long time.  The sailors that I met there were a wonderful lot of people and I feel humble to have linked up with them.    /
