Exocet 50 KA Koncept 5.8 and Delta Speed Weed 23, Loving this combination what a day.

It's been a long time coming to crack 40 and finally it all came together today. Just sneaking over the barrier.

Leo was smoking out there, though he did pull out a low drag secret weapon which did have me a little confused at first. Congrats Mate top effort I've never seen you grin that big before.

Well done Leo. You achieved the goal of 40 knots in NSW. It's like the old Swan beer ad. "they said you'd never make it but you finally came through"

Thanks so much Guys it has been a big effort to get our 40's and really overwelmed by all the well wishes. 40 for me has been a milestone for the last 3 years to get too. Even more so in the last few months as the goal was get to 40 before the newest family members arrival of Bubba in October.

Having some time out from work has been great to dial my sailing in and crack the barrier. So Peter unfortunately Speed Fornight will be out this year for me. Just for the record no performance enhancing coffee was administered. However Leo did support a new low drag measure which can be viewed on Seabreeze you will laugh your backside off. Kato you were right there was 2 knots in it.

Thanks again guys and happy sailing.
