Missed the early wind. Lots of just floating around.

The NM was the only powered-up run and even that included a period parked at 21 knots. Yell

Still, mostly sunny and a good team turnout (and Colin) meant a fun morning Laughing

Wallyworld day 2.

Got to the sand bar to see Chris P chugging around behind the island and decided to move East.

Not much wind as I was rigging the big gear but then booted. Aim was hour and naughty so decided to change to a smaller fin and add a bit more downhaul and give it a go.

Well overpowered at times and comfortable at others.

Worked up to Melville in the hour and then a nice naughty back to the boat ramp. Think this is a PB naughty on the big gear.

Wind switched off a couple of minutes before the end of the hour.

Impressed how well the Falcon 36 worked with a well powered 7.8 on a 77 wide board!

Also love the way the blade can be tuned. Came in and switched to a bigger fin, let off some downhaul and moved to the upper clew eyelet and milked the last dregs of wind.

Great to catch up with Lezz and Jonah. Lunny was going well in the nasty chop/ gusts. JJ needs to learn to stop faffing and rig faster!

Wasnt as decent as yesterday, bit of a head scratcher to figure out what to rig, then it pretty much stopped. Thanks to lao and JJ im now going to try adding a few extra inches. lao showed me his and he wanted to see mine.... so i showed him ''oh no thats a little on the short side'' he said.Embarassed i have already gained an inch from playing around this arvo lao, then when im used to that ill go that bit longer, just like yoursWink Thanks again lao.

Those Harness Lines sure are a topic of debate arent they.....i mean you all knew thats what it was about rightSurprised

Jeff, you wouldn't be saying that if you had felt how cold that wind was yesterday morning!

Nice hour Mark Cool

I hit the water at Majestic around 10am.

Got half way across the river before it switched off.  Made it back to base but the breeze dropped to 10-15K and I didn't have my formula gear Yell
