BIG Friday, what a great day at SP. Things didnt look too promising when I first woke up, thought oh well, lets sleep in some more. Got down there around 10ish, and MT already out looking full powered on 7. Rigged the 5.6 and one run back in to change down to the 5m. Spent the time doing short runs into weed beds with some fine tuning coaching from the Captain.

Good turn out of busters and others. Thanks for the lend of the mast and extension Captain. Thank you to Craig Cole for the club house catering, coffee and home baking, then a beer at the end, perfect day.

Sanctuary Point, NSW, AU. After slow start blowing the bottom panel out of my 6.7 on the 2nd run to wrights. Limped back to base to start again.

Rerigged 5.7 Blade , Naish 105 Door, BP31 Weed. Felt like i was flying at times but the GPS results dont reflect this.

Strangely when I stopped my GPS it showed 38km travelled but the uploaded data to KA72 only shows 28km? if i upload the same GPS file to Strava it shows 38KM

Still had a geat day on the water even got a runs in on the fish.

Dezza, so close! Congratulations on your PB regardlessly. Geez Gav, that's not good to hear about the boom. Was it your new Maui? Well done to all. The consolation here in Perth is that the seabreeze is really weak so I'm missing nothing.

Well done Dezza. You're looking faster every time you hit the water. 30kts isn't far away now.

Great to see so many Gustbusters pushing hard in those conditions. Awesome stuff.
