Cobblers with Firie and Fin. Willy weather had a peak of 17kts at 1100, no sign of whitecaps at 1030, but I rigged the 6.6 on the 65 with 28cm 45deg weedy, just in case.

When I was rigged tghe other two were still stuffing around, so I voluntered to be guinea pig. Started off fairly slow but the gusts gradually improved. I saw a 28 on the dial so then tried for alphas, but I couldn't find a gust that lasted long enough.

By the time the Fin made it out the wind was on the decline, but I think Firie managed to just catch the peak.

Short unexpected sail, light wind but still ok, enjoyable but then it doesn't take much to keep me happy Wink

I would have been on the water right behind mighty Mike but der, I didn't have my harness so a quick drive home, then when I finially took off I then realised my GPS was off, der again YellLaughing

Carbon Art SL66, 42 Venom, 7.5 Koncept and today a rubber.

  Cobblers, peel, AU.

Wasnt expecting to get a sail today, but then got the call out, so why not,?  The sun was warm, water was cold, and the wind

went home early. I spent too much time getting gear sorted, as the 7.5 didnt have the cams in it, I had taken them out months

ago to put into other sail.!!??  Well, in the end it was more fun than a visit to the,... uhm,  dentist !!?      Laughing

Had the big gear, f2 SX-R58,  ka kon7.5,  30cm/45 weed.

PJ, Sun's been nice and warm, wind light so on big floaty gear, didn't fall in very often, so I was actually starting to overheat, and thought I should jump off in the shallows and cool down. So I stuffed a stall gybe in the deep instead, and cooled off much quicker than I really wanted to.

Nice work guys, it's been 2 months now since my last sail.

It may be a bit longer waiting for my knee to heal after "Elmo'ing" myself with an unplanned dismount on a brushed concrete pathway during my Monday morning bike ride.
