Considering the wind direction the conditions were quite acceptable with moderate chop and occasionally gusty winds , just acceptable for a couple of Pirates and a swag of dastardly lubbers.
Greybeard-the-Pure , Richard-gybe-a-bit , Andrew-the-brief , a couple of return-to-windsurfing lubbers and later on , Robbo-the-substantial and Adam-the-occasional , braved the SEerlies throughout the afternoon and were rewarded with reasonable sails.
In the spirit of things breaking , Greybeard sustained a boom clamp injury at the same time juggling car key issues...but managed to stay Pure with an absence of animated profanity.
I broke nothing for the second day straight , surely a record!!
