6231 days ago 1 categories Slowey has described the conditions well - I sailed out and back from melville about 12 times. 07 Koncept 7.5 was a handfull at times, 07 F2 SXM was nice, went for a one hour grind for the team. Looks like Chris did the hour job too. Snides, John and Claude still to post. Snides was on a mission!! I think we might have cooked the bugs on the last roll of the dice!! Well done SRM!! Great team effort! ... But, I seem to recall Vando can be a tricky bugger with last minute posts etc!!

6231 days ago Went for a 1 hour today... Steve and Claude were out pounding out some kilometers and hopefully a good hour! Wind was 18-23 and I decided to use the "old" CA slalom 70cm to wash the dust off... 7.5m was well powered up! Missioned up to Pt Walter from Peli Pt and worked my way down. The yacht race made the water rather messy. It was also mega gusty. Onya SRM team for going the miles today!!!

6231 days ago Similar conditions to yesterday, put in a few Km's today, Snides & Slowboat also spent a lot of time on the water, having 2 Second Peak identical to yesterday seemed a bit strange.

6231 days ago 2 categories ahhhh ran out of wind and light again! isonic 105,ssr 6.6,f1 34(trimmed for comfort not for speed)
good to see the team out in force,i knocked off work half an hour early to catch the wind.found the wind fairly consistent i guess 15-18kn but river traffic made it choppy and confused....bloody twilighters!! sailed non stop for 5 and a quarter hours and 4 of the 5 hours where 20 plus ave...
hope this helps the team effort.
