15 to 22kts and then less . Late afternoon session went back to the same spot to give it anthor go got one good run in and that was the end of that to bloody gusty. Started of in the morning at a different spot , mark an i went to sus out and it seems pretty good but the forecast for this spot has to be around 25 to 30 kts n plus for it to work. Pretty undercooked on the speed gear today. CA speed 50 , 6.4 stealth , 30cm falcon Mark great speeds on the big gear mate you've done well , these are my times for the morning , 2sec-32.804 , 5by10-31.75 , 100m-32.605, 250m-31.961 , 500m-31.515 , NM-27.643. Morning session 15 to 25 kts Alot of the gusts in the morning were pretty honking but got over fined so it looks like i need to get a smaller one. Exo TB2 67 , 7.0 stealth , 38cm goldwing

Bah GPS display was higher than peak yet again, time to get a new GPS. Pretty happy with gears performance on a gusty day and Falcon just eats the chop (just have to learn to gybe it now). Was screaming for more wind through most of it. Falcon 110, Stealth 7.0

I turned up at Vicky Point at quarter to eleven and nobody was there. Where were you? The wind was only blowing 13 to 19 knots so I guessed that you had sussed out the condition and headed to Wello. Vim came so I rigged the 6.6 and used the Mistral Screamer 105 with the Goldwing 34. Every time we went out to the speed bank, the wind dropped right out so I was worried that I'd have to swim home, but the gusts came back in and we always got back. I have great doubts, that I will be able to make it to Manly tomorrow, let alone get out of bed, though I felt a bit guilty coming in, because Peter Mcgee was still going strongly making all his gybes and he is three years older than me.

I tryed to crack the 30knts, used warp slalom 90l-RS 5.8- 35cm fin, my conclusion was that my selected fin was to big. 32cm was the better option. A great result from the Moreton Bay Mob.
