25 (14457km): Dawn patrol at Hardies, on the water at about 6.15am. 6.6 Koncept, 95 Gladiator and reworked Finworks weed 30cm. A great sail with a fine crew - like Hardie said some nice gusts and flat water but some nasty 'lilly pads' of algae - hit one at 30+ and went down hard! 1623 hrs edit - just started using GPSAR Pro on demo - first post was track point not doppler - sorry folks! | ||||||||||||||||||
Snides (28038km): early bird sess at hardies wind was up and down 10-27kn had a go on the new starboard 53 w/73ltr speed special.....boy am i happy i have just ordered the ca speed 40 ca sp 50,kon 5.8,weed eater 22 great to catch up with some of the crustacean crew! edit- nmile to doppler some pics of 25 before and after an encounter with a 'lilley pad' |
