Golden beach with Magnus,Astria and Haggar(don't mention the GPS). Great afternoons sailing, no flat water but some good gusts at times. Astria you looked quicker, lets hope Burrum delivers, your new board goes. Futura 111, Koncept 6.6 33cm SL7

Dylan: Updated: Doppler readings were very different from trackpoints, so I've changed the readings for the Doppler ones out of GPSResults. (Updated again at 9.04pm to adjust Alpha 500. Decided to ditch the highest reading as unreliable.)

Kellie: GB JP Slalom Pro 84, Select Viper 32 speed fin, 5.3m KA Koyote sail.

I just checked Ástríð's alpha, I get 18.618.  There was a higher value but it was a spike.

All the other values look valid to me as well. Congratulations on the PB's!

Yeah Herb, it feels good to get 31 in those conditions, some real potential when I hit the flat water. Paying for it today, riding that chop for 2 1/2 hours knocks my dodgy ankle around. I might actually be sensible today and have a rest.

That looks like you had a good run at last Knut...congrats !! I was thinking of  buying one of those Futuras when my boards disapeared... but I found them at Kairi just as you predicted..

Wot Knut does'nt tell u is that on his best run he decided to try some B&J over a boat wake. He is a real thrill seeker Wink He had the right size fin in today, that really helped.

It certainly got the heart racing being hit by a gust just as I crossed the wake of the coastguard boat, the Futura flies well.
