Snake (23888km):  3 categories Got my CR 6.7 back today :D so went to peli to give it a crack.Just sorting out mast track positions and foot straps so no speed runs today :( Interesting how well this sail goes with an 85l board, underpowered as it was. I like this new combo alot!! Had other obligations so left earlier than usual and to taunt me the wind picked up just as I got out of the water and derigged. Great to finally meet Patrick and Greg. Patrick was out for absolutely ages should be some good distance there!!

nebbian (8313km):  2 categories  Quick session at Pinaroo to see how my broken toe is healing and if I'll be ready for the LOC. First run i thought "I don't need booties, I'll be right" went for the front strap and caught my broken toe on the strap Went straight in and put the booties on, faffed around with footstraps, finally got another run in, now I know that there's no way I'm using the iSonic on the LOC, it's just too painful. If i hadn't already paid for it I'd pull out now Toe really hurts now, not sure if I'll be able to go the distance on Saturday... | ||||||||||||||||||

Also tried to step. 5.8 Koncept, JPFSW91 (Nice repair Steve S, thanks), 26FO PB min speed for alpha of 14.92 Alpha trackpoint. Doppler 22.9. Is this how we are playing still? . Thought I would give the hour a crack. Wind dropped a bit so I hopped on the big board and went up to Lucky Bay, bit of a hairy ride back as the wind had picked back up. Hopped back onto the lil board thinking I might have a chance for a distance PB. Yay! Great conditions for Peli - some nice stretches of flat water.| Comments |
