Wello again similar condition as yesterday, it was a bit gustier and the lulls had less wind and the gusts had a bit more. I measured 15 to 21 knots before I started and it died down more in the lulls after that.  Daytona 6.6, Fanatic (Cheap) Skate 90L and a Select fin 29. Had heaps of fun, though the gybes were not working yet. Broke a harness line so I came in early and there was Ken just arrived from Burrum, but he didn't go out, because he had had enough windsurfing for the week.

Manly, 10-24 knots. really gusty and wind shifting direction with the gusts - made it hard to get even onehalf decent run.

Really gusty and shifting- tough conditions with heaps of sharp chop out the back.

F2 sxS, Naish Stealth 6.0, c3 venom 30

The venom fins ROCK  - can both run downwind with great stabilty and point to get back to where you started from .

Another great day at Burrum. After Seeing that it was possible to rig small and go faster i rigged 5.5 and tried to hit the water a little earlier to get the bank to myself. The only problem was that there was no wind for like half an hour. A squall came through and was maxed in some crazy conditions just as every started walking to the water.  it was the only bit of wind that got me going all day. Thanks Justin for a great event and thanks also to Mike Maguire for lending me a fin a replacement.Cool

Day 2 looked promising so I thought I'd give the 6.1 CRed a go for the first time.  Didn't have the right mast so cams weren't rotating the best.  Wind never eventuated but had a couple okay runs inbetween freezing my butt off on the bank with everyone else (of course for Choco, the weather was a bit warm).  Beat my 2 Sec peak PB from Saturday session in less wind (Very surprised as it didn't feel fast)- really wish I had used the 6.1CRed on the Saturday.

Thanks Haggar - one gust I do believe for the rest of the time it was a bit of a slog.  Really happy with the CRed though especially as it was not as windy on the Sunday and was a smaller sail than I used on the Saturday.  You realise very quickly watching all the guns that gear selection and gear type can be a limiting factor, not to mention one's ability to use it correctly.

bTW- are you guys getting some good winds with storms?
