yeeeehaaaaaaa, a great Southerly with a pretty much perfect direction and tide for Sydneys one and only speed spot. GREAT to be back on the water in anger and awesome to be out with Dave, Rick and Seano so a good showing for the Cockroaches. I had to leave early due to family committments (and lack of fitness) but the others were still out and Rick was smokin!!!!

Had a Koncept 5.8 up on my Falcon 90 with a Goldwing 32 fin. Good combo but the fin wasn't working the best.

Great session down at St Georges Sailing Club. The low tide lasted forever. Winds was S 18-25kts.

Had the JP Slalom III 89, Goldwing 32cm and Koncept 5.8.

Good to see all the cockroaches out especially Andrew after the knee op.

Great southerly at Kyeemah, 18 - 25, got on the water about 8.15 just after the front hit and it was great. Changed down a sail during the blast at 9. Dropped off again and should have changed sail back up to 5. 8 but was too lazy. Changed board instead. Ahh well.

JP FSW 92 pro - 30 Jp X cross fin / JP Xcite 110 - mean lines 36 fin

Maui Sails Global 5.8 and NP Combat 5.3.

Ran out of puff so called it a day a little early.

Kyeemagh, 20 knots Southerly

JP Slalom 84, Loft O2 5.9, 30cm Select Viper fin

Bumps! This was the closest sensation to speed skiing through moguls. It was a great southerly that settled down to a nice consistent 20 knots. There was an early lull, where we all grabbed our big boards for a while. I landed a jump badly, catapaulted and snapped a harness line. So I spent the rest of the day with one 26" and one 24" harness line. Better than nothing though! I did a big upwind run to check out the snake, but it was too parallel to the wind to get any runs. Unforutnately, leg cramps cut the day short

All in all, a great day!

Kyemagh 20-22 Knots gusts to 28. . Rigged small when I first got there (5.0 & 92FSW) not quite the right size. Took the new board for a blast, had some Initial setup up proplems so I spent a bit of time sorting it all out, Few big spinouts too - not surprising for me on a maiden outing. Very bumby & confused at times hampered my setup for my new board add a few big spinouts. Made some nice jumps most of them coming over the back of some swell. Overal happy with the boardLaughing can't wait to put the hammer down in some smother conditions. Session shorten by lack of fitness & I copped a boom to the throat at speed .Cry

Nice sailng with all the guys. Never over powered, 7.2 would have been nice, too lazy to change , its such a long way back to the beach.

Nice to see Rex with a world class speed board, even if he didn't use it.Cool

It wasn't that one Tim, that was just too much fin on the S-Type. It made up my mind to switch back down to the JP.

How was your crash into the pipeline? Did you actually hit it?

Congrats on teh PBs Sean and Andrew!
