Great day till my fin decided to dissapear in the middle of the bay for no reason other than a bit of chop . This forced a board and sail change but all good.

It was a fun day out on the water. I was down there at 10am to catch the low tide. I slogged for almost an hour to get up to the speed strip, ans then slogged around for another hour. I just rigged too small for the day. Not enough oomph in the sail in the bearaways,  just coasting on apparent wind. 8 hours sailing and only 100km. Lots of holes in the wind! Lets hope tomorrow is a bit stronger!

Sandringham, 15-20 knts starboard sType 115, NP V8 7mt, JP 34 fin. Good to be back on the water. Hard work but heaps of fun. So good I had to do it all again the following morning
