Started out as a pleasant sail then WHAM 26 knot gusts (from 15knots).  underpowered one minute, overpowered the next and wake jumping. While unpleasant - better than getting slapped with a wet fish.

Melville...Wasn't planning for a sail tonight so left work late but wind looked good over the freeway. so got the gear...almost didn't rig up but then a bit of breeze so got out the CR8.1...bit more breeze so decided to rig the CR 7.0...the breeze lasted about 10 min! Anyhow, good to get out (as always) and a few of the team there too.

WooHoo Scotty, I will be down to Smelville this afternoon to chase you with a taser. Innocent

Guaranteed 30 knots, I have strained my neck badly and my physio has said not to overdo it for a couple to 6 weeks.

So for the moment I am a scratching from the 40knot challenge, if my neck and back feel OK I will speak to Jay and jump back in. Frown
