Madness without the sadness at peli pt

12-28knts on a 7.8 rsevo2, isonic 111, vector 42

Very gusty and windy at times but super controllable with the vector fin and the evo2 neilpryde sail allowing for high wind sailing with control with big gear, even in the windy rough conditions.

GPS would not work! Looked at river at 8am nothing doing ,so headed to woodies recon I would have had a couple of 37+s on the dial, only 3 kiters, super high tide ,wind was a bit more west than usual which made the run in a bit hairy but ment longer runs down behind the dune.

combination of 2 sessions at peli- first 1 before lunch on wave kit-

jp freestyle wave 85,fly 5.1 and jp wave fin 25 (the 2 sec max was on this gearSurprised)

did  a deal with the kids to allow  me half an hour to try out the wave gear while they sat waiting..

the second was after dropping the kids around 3 ish on the manta 54/rssmk2 6.2/falcon 28&venom 30

great sail on a combo that will be getting much use next summer.

Nice effort lads.

Claude - how was the Reflex 7.0. I'm thinking of getting one for next season. How did you find it and what was the wind range like ?

Hi John, really enjoyed using the Reflex 7.0 , a step up from last years sails with good wind range 12-25+ knts on the 111 no problem and gave the board a better feel through the chop, its got  great top end too can't wait to try it on the 86 .
