Typical WK southerly, wind up and down all day.  Spent a lot of time  sitting at the far end of the lake waiting for the wind to kick in.  Sailed 3 boards StarboardSonic 275, jp 114 slalom and ca44. Best runs on ca44, when the wind swung to wnw, 5 minutes after Daz had left. Good to get a few runs in on ca44, its been 7 months since I last sailed it. More wind forecast this week, fingers crossed , should get a few more sessions in.

SW is crap. Mega gusty, like 10k one second then 35k the next second. This was one of the most gusty days ever for me. Spent all afternoon switching between the Sonic 100 and W53, but never seemed to be on the right combo at the right time, frustrating. Shortly after Daz left, the wind swung WNW, about 20k gusting 30k. I was about to call it a day, but jumped back onto the Sonic 100. Got three or four decent runs in, but like an idiot, I had not turn my GPS back on. Came in and switched to the W53 and turned the GPS back on. Only managed one powered up run before the wind died again:(  Nice be on speedboards after a long spell on XL slalom kit, even if I was sailing like a lady:)
