Mark Hayford (6908km): Late afternoon session with Neil, turned out to be fun. WNW, light winds. First time out on the new iS137 carbon. Needs a bit of fine tuning as its a bit different from my old iS144. Slow alphas as I keep't running out of wind so was dropping off the plan on the gybes.
Neil Hardwick (757km): Thanks Mark for the loan of the mast ext. saved re-rigging the sail which set much better with the extra 4-6cm. Frist time out on the swapped 305, found a soft spot just infront of the back foot straps that will need sorting. When the wind picked up should have switch to a smaller board other wise a nice session
Mark Bailey (471km): Wind started off pretty light and gradually built through the late afternoon. Always pretty gusty. When the wind was ok the chop that built kept my speeds down - could have really been on my 116. Nice and sunny - good to be out. |
