Took my son for a sail at Narrabeen rather than my usual spot of Botany. Always nicer to have the learners blow back to shore rather than down the beach. Breeze was typical gusty Nor Easter but nice and fun nonetheless. probably anywhere from 5 to 20 knots at times. My RSR 6.7 was the perfect size for me till I broke a batten. Second time in 3 weeks now Frown A different one from last time so maybe I should be expecting another one to go soon

Swapped from my Falcon to my Drops when the wind seemed to kick in a bit more but I think it got scared off after that and it started dropping. Called it a day but it was awesome to be out sailing in boardies and warm water. Smile

Looked like being a carbon copy of yesterday but dropped a bit. Already rigged the 6.7 but rigged the 7.8 and JP 68.

Wind picked up nicely and was pretty powered. Had some fun runs doing bear aways in the chop and then a small bit of flat water. Good to sail with Rexy and some of the boys. Definitely overpowered on the way back with some "clinching" moments downwind. Had family stuff on which coincided with the wind dropping so pulled the pin.

Gotta be happy with 3 days in a row of sea breezes and sun.

JP V 68, RSR 7.8, JP 36cm fin.

Three races today in a very nice 15kt seabreeze. The FE+ fleet is really improving out of sight. I had three good races where I was doing very well only to drop the gybe on the bottom of the course. Need to practice more gybes in heavy wind.

NE 15-20

Starboard 161, RSR 10.7, VMG K73

After a lot of waiting around the NW wind was finally pushed away by the seabreeze.

Ended up being a good day of racing, its a tricky spot to race at & i could have done with a smaller fin..

Heat 3, day 2 of the NSW Formula series. Better day, better wind, better sail and fin choice. Great to sail with all up there. Cheers, Sean, Tim and Dave for a great sleep over. Can't wait for the next oneLaughing

Great Sunday arvo sail at Kyeemagh North - THE new location, plenty of parking & great rigging area

Sooooo many people enjoying the atmosphere & camaraderie. Well done Sam & crew at WS&S and of course the JP Super-trailer.

Heat 3 - Day 2 - Waiting waiting waiting BANG and BINGO! NE'r arrived and it was just super sailing. 3 quick fire races. All were great fun and a pleasure to watch the flying Irish up wind and the equally flying Alpha Man down wind as I was behind those two for most of the races.  I should have slegged the Alpha to put him off as I was very close behind. He was bloody fast downwind all the same must have been the extra lift in his board due to the lack of water within(dam him)!!!

JP F100, NP RSR2 10.7, VMG M75  (love that board)

Good work to all the Formula racers. Sounds like a great day. Sorry I missed it.

Nice work to all the PB'rs too. Johnny, you're getting too quick. Slow down will you. I don't like getting beaten all the time. Leo, nice NM mate. Good to see you went that little bit further down the runway this time for a cracker NM run.
