Fun session on the inlet with Doug, Mick, Richie, Rob, Andrew (with a quick cameo) and Pete. Stuffed around early getting equipment choice right. Started on 5.3 Kult & 86 Slim iSonic, then wind died and changed up to 5.9 Koyote. Wind dropped out a bit more so changed boards to iSonic 101. Quick lunch and it dropped out more, so changed to 6.6 Koyote but then it came back in again. Stuck with the 6.6 & 86 Slim for the rest of the arvo.
Starting to get used to the new boards, happy with that alpha, but the 30kt peak keeps alluding me somehow!! Pretty frustrating. At least with a 28 5x10 I qualify for Div B of the ISI now.

Had to go to Inverloch for a meeting on the Speed Weekend 28/29th May. Oh well better pack in the gear and had a bit of fun.
Dan and Andrew where really flying. Chased down Mick only to do a huge spin out due to his wake

4941 days ago well I had a ripper of a day today at Inverloch.
Sailed my supersport, NP H2 6.2, 33cm.
Every Tom, Dick and Harry was out and it was great (except for Ashley Nicholls because he has no penis).

4940 days ago LOCATION: ANGLING CLUB
WIND: SW- 15-20 KTS
TIDE: LOW
GEAR: CA FR 77, c3 40 cm, KA Koyote 7.4
DETAILS: A pit of a patchy day for me today. Still a bit sore from the day before and in retrospect, I probably should have gone down a size (ie to the 6.6). Had some OK runs but hit the bottom twice- resulting in two big stacks. You know its a big hit when a kiter sails up to you to ask if you are OK!
Good to see Dan dialling into his new gear, and it was great to see Andrew getting back out amongst it!
