There you go Troutty posted pronto just for you. Congrats on the PB. That was hard work and not really the most fun I've had sailing but as always enjoyed "getting wet" and catching up with everyone. Point Walter AKA "Wally World" didn't really turn it on for us today. The tide was too high and Weasterlies don't get the angle or consistancy needed to pull good speeds (some CRAZY chop out there as Trouty will tell you) .
What I did discover is that between the end of the bar and the spit post, running down to Claremont Yacht Club was the best place to be and a lot of fun when you caught a good gust! Saw JC, Pointman and Lao Shi who all reported an average days sailing (That reminds me. Lao Shi do you use red ali vent screws as I found one where you packed up?).
Used my new Reflex II 5.6 for the first time and really stoked. Just need to do a couple of tuning adjustments and will be ready to go supersonic as this thing is so stable and easy to use.
