Green Island, rained all day today at the island, sailed most of the day with one eye closed to keep the water out.

Used the 7.3 and Isonic 96 with a Venom 34, 

Good fun sail with Bob Cam Billy and Rico.

What a day, rain rain and more rain, it never let up, I was a drowned rat arriving at the Island and same again arriving back home, I did think about those lunatics in Tassie  I hate sailing in the rain but did enjoy my time on the water today, good company and it's been a month since last sail. Got my arse kicked good and propper by Mad Cam and Ct Morgan (Kel), I was trying everything but got it sorted too late. Wind was good early and I think every one got their best then, later the wind really kicked in but water was rough. Cam and Kel would have got 40's for sure if the water was flat, great watching them in action.

tried the sandy point combo in the townsville chop holly f#@k 5.7 concept 66ltr missle , after 2nd serious catapult went to wave board

nose first landings on a speed board arnt fun  but being in boardies made it worth while best bump and jump sesh , if this is a taste of wind to come this sumer might have to buy a 4.5 mtr wave sail or find some flat water

Great Session on GI despite the rain & generally squally weather .Strange for OCT ...

Wind se to ese 20-27 knots.Tide a little to full to get any flat water but still had a ball .

The Exo 50 worked really well with the venom 28 & RSR E3 6.2.Did the entire session with batten number 3 poking through the cam & preventing cam rotation at gybing so pleasantly suprised by my best GI alpha !!

Was great to see the other team members mid week

quick half hour sail before heading off to work at north cottesloe becah. borrewed jespers gear. the new 2012 ka race 7.1 which is unreal.so stable. had a 34 vector volt with his 101 rrd x fire. wind was about 15 and pretty consistant. first time on slalom gear since cairns and was good to blow a few cobwebs out. there was a fair bit of swell also which made it a bit hairy fanging downwind. had to come in a bit early as my back was starting to hurt. didnt want to push it too much as going to geraldton tomorow for 3 days.

nice work at green boys and billly good work.
