12kts of wind, 6knt of current and choppy muddy soup,,

Sailed half way to the reef in search of a non existant wind line then spent the rest of the session trying to get back upwind.

Used 96 isonic 7.3 and superfast 39.. All too small Frown

A few of 'THE MOB' turned up a Holloways today including Kel,Jason,Billy,HoppyBob (who was very tempted to a have a sail

at low tide.)Wind was a little up and down and had some big holes in it. Billy tried HoppyBobs board .....129l Screamer and was a very happy man....stopped wollowing and started going.

jon paul 126 and Loft O2 6.6 sail.

When we got down there wind was blowing decent, when we got out there it had dropped. Still went with the 6.4 stealth and 115lt isonic 42cm fin and teabagged around all day. Late in the sesh the wind picked up enough for planing conditons (just) so got a couple of runs in. Got in a run with the SX small before i packed up - had to work otherwise it would have been a good day. Water was flatish because of the tide. Oh well two sails in two days, cant complain. buggered now though....

Bit of a surprise session at Hollaways with a few of the mob. Thanks for sending thru my GPS data Freddy and Bob, however now im stuck on what to do with it and how to upload that session. One thing I think was obvious by the end of the day was that I am using the completley wrong equipment - especially my sail. Thankyou to Freddy & Bob for the mish mash of equipment rentals for me to try, however i reckon we have finally concluded that with the correct arrangment of equipment we can finally enjoy the experience for alll it is worth. Jason, sorry for not catching up after the session, it looked like you were having a well deserved run out on the bigger gear. Good to catch up with you guys yesterday and thankyou for all the advice given.

Back to reality Luca Wink.  I guess you've packed your wetsuit away until next year's run south.  You took Fred's black ball too.
