Narrabeen Lake, NSW, AU

isonic 131, maui pursuit 8, 39 select weedy

Didnt expect much so thought i'd have a play and try a smaller weedy on the 131 just to see what it was like, and what a difference. The board just got up and plained with ease. No more fighting the setup.  For the amount of wind and the little speed achieved, that was an awesome little session.

Cant wait for my 9.5 coming tuesday. Sealed

ps: i think i left to early as its getting windier now Cry

Nice sunny arvo on the water. The runway was a bit light, but Leo looked fast. DONT FORGET YOUR GPS NEXT TIME LEO! Fastest runs were out in the middle

Woohoo, first time on the water in a week. Paddled out prone on my Naish Nalu SUP with Gopro attached to try and film some of the boys having a few blats.

Piss poor conditions, probably 2 or 3 runs from Spence & Marty worth doing but geez it felt good being on/in the water. Sunny, warm and not very windy.

Thanks to the guy who asked if I knew the board I was on was a SUP and that he had a paddle if I needed it, "nah mate, blown knee but thanks anyway"Innocent

If this is not in the spirit of the Challenge Ill delete, just stoked to be out on the water!!!

Knee went well, very careful but!!!!!!!!

Missed Wysey, he was launching as I came in.

Kyeemagh, 105l hypersonic, 7.5m Gaastra Matrix, stock 44cm fin.  Very special start to the day, getting my 5.5 yo son into it on a 1.0m sail.  Just got to work on his attention span - he's very distracted by water play.  Ahh kids.  Then mum to the kids to a movie and I had a final end-of-holiday celebratory sail.  Very nice....

Typicall Gusty N/E summer seabreeze. Sailed at Kyeemagh with a mate, Dazzer, and took delivery of an Exocet 91L board (Thanks Remi).

Sweet ride! Impressed by the high altitude, the board feels like it is riding on air. Matched with a 35cm Select 07 fin, aging 6.8m Gun Mega Race. Also later was on the Drop 160L, 60cm fin and same sail. Did about 25 on that pairing.

Good to see so many sailers out on the water.

fun

Spent all day tuning my Formula gear and slalom sails. At 3.45 I decided to have a quick slalom train with Jesper and Remi.

Very patchy.

Milsey you need to stay off the SPEED, and hit the water and get some REAL SPEED....Your like an old diesal engine, you'll go forever but you aint going to get there that quick! lol. So quit your jiberjaber. And Marty, don't encourage him, but ill let you get away with it this time as you got a couple of PBs. Nice one

ps: Milsey if your using your new 7.7, your 8.7 is mine foir the arvo.
