Southerly 17-20knots

F2 sputnik 285, NP 6.2 Saber, 30 pointer then 28 weedy Pro Limit.

Was happy to see 33 knotsSmile of the gps for the first time (32.93 doesn`t look as good ) and the tide for today rose only to a moderate height giving me and Tricky a bit more time on it while it was flat .The 6.2 was working well as was the weed fin but Tricky was sailing well and I struggled to keep up with him. He`s got the KA 6.6 working really well. Pete came out for a sail but went in early. So it was a good sail today ,we changed over to the weed fins just as the weed was  coming over the spit and had a good hour.

Cheers Jeff.

CAsl62, KA Koncept 6.6 40 Drake then 31 LE Weedy

Sailed on the pointer for the first time wow lots more lift, had Jeff by a knt in the early part of our sail, came in & changed to the LE Weedy as the tide came in & the wind picked up a tad. Thought I had Jeff today as I was sailing higher & faster back ready for a run down the flater water but alas, was floggedCry Well done Jeff on the new stansbury record. was a great couple of boost's you caught in the flat spot!

Beachport, Lake George from cocky's point.  SE 20 to 28, by my lonesome again.

F2 SXS, 5.0 KA Koncept , 24 Choco weedie.

SmileSmileSmile first time on the F2 sxs 90 litre slalom board I just bought ( thanks Andrew )

rigged the same as I would for my missile and away I went, had a 37 going out first run on port and just blasted around getting used to it, it didn't take long as went sweet as. I think I will end up using this board more than my missile as it is just so easy on all points. Smilevery happy.

Wink where were you Tricky I was expecting a call all week as it looks even better tommorrow.

LAKE REPORT..............

the water level is still good the same as when Hamma and Rick sailed with me the other weekend,

actually it was better as there was cloud cover all day till late so the weed was lower and I never caught weed at all,

for some reason there was no foam streaks at all maybe beacause of the cloudy start.

was flat as and even had some glass patches and I was on the 5.0 looks to be good for a while yet. and if we get an inch of rain soon it will get through to easter ok.

Frown Oh there was some parts that had 2 to 3 inch chop.

Thankyou Peter

Tricky and me were going to make the trip to LG but the lack of wind there recently and some work commitments have put that on hold for the time being. My wife Heather has a cousin living at Millicent and has holidays next month so a trip to LG might still be on.

It will be good to meet some of the team if they are around.Hopefully there will be some water in that speed section then because I am determined to make that sputnik go 35knots.
