nice days sailaing at st goege yaght club - the sand bar came out and water was fairly smooth in patches. Was a few holes in the wind but overall it was pretty good.
Had the bigest wipeout of my life on the speed course - board spun out on the bearaway then caught an edge and i got slammed - somehow i ended up under the sail - the mast end got stuck in the mud underwater and i took a big chunk of foam out of my boom - prebaby the harness on the way thru - other than that no serious damage except to my ego.
