A hanging on and walking day..for me!  Very gusty wind and broad to the beach which meant the course wasn't flat, but had increasing chop down the run!  Pleased with the scores on the doors, and equally pleased with the Isonic W54.  Its more like a fast slipper.  The Tectonic Falcon 26cm held in well....thanks for the recommendation Ian

Should  be some serious speeds posted today..the big guns were flying!  Well impressed with Scotty and Tom, both youngsters amd both coping embarrissingly well!

Oh it rained a lot..the stinging type!  Average wind direction around midday was 215 degress.

Isonic speed W54   Vapor 5.5m

My old trusty 3.7 was out, really gusty so couldn't really practise gybing today, but pleased with my 2 secound and 10 secound averages, top of my age group for now. Epic wipeout by Pete, bang went my new sail!

The final run back downwind from Osprey Quay to where I rig up, turned an OK session into a PB session, it was in a bit of a lull but was probably the only run I got properly settled and sheeted in.

Never in any danger of breaking my 40knot Portland duck today.  Never felt comfortable in the gusty conditions and lost my edge after a 38 knot crash...it was very broad most of the time...and this has to be one of the fastest sessions doing runs often unhooked! Portland PB's for 10s av. 10run, 500m, 250m...next time I'll nail the 40kn.  It wouldn't be a big deal if it was easy!

Well happy to break the 40 knot voodoo at Portland Harbour, could'nt find good trim though, not sure if it was me or the conditions.

Think it can be faster here for me with a bit less chop and a better angle, today was 215 degree wind, I think 225 is perfect. Well done Pete who nails this spot in any conditions...Great skills.

Sat at Home in Cornwall with a mangled leg, a cold, a poorly baby son and the wind howling outside so sadly no windsurfing down here for me :-(     (It's my fave school holiday of the year too, been sat here for days in pain)

Anyway great speeds coming in, well done Pete on Vmax - Wish I'd seen the crash - Glad you are ok. Good to hear some youngsters are posting good times too!

Simon Hinkley had a 40vmax on a large Slalom board with a modified Wave sail today  at St Johns... Nice
