Sailquik (29582km):  5 categories      Great way to begin a new year! A change came through early this morning and the forecast was for westerly at around 20 knots, turning WSW late in the day and reaching around 25 knots. That was pretty much what happened. I got on the water at around 6pm with 2012 5m KA Koncept on CA40 with C3 slingshot 19cm fin. It took a couple of runs to crack the 40 but speeds kept increasing for a few runs until the wind suddenly started to die out at around 7.30. Mat sailed too but started a few hours earlier than me to do 1 hrs etc. He should have some good numbers. | ||||||||||||||||||
