Melville Beach, WA, AU

my 2nd sail in over 7 months and was a real wrestling session. Was never comfortable and i could feel the sail just wasn't working properly.

A few changes and it made differences (mostly good) but still not great. Oh well, got wet.

Really suffering from lack of TOW. First 6 months of this year won't be any better i'm afraid.

Pelican Point, ISO107, OD6.5, CF38.

Great day at the river sailing with Obi. Nicely powered up on the combo with a few good gusts coming through for a 2sec PB and managed to put enough together to break the 30kn average at last. STOKEDSmile best 10 sec average was 31.2.

A few hairy moments with the board trying to buck me off but other than that the board, sail and fin combo was sweet.

Could have gone down to a smaller board but just love this one, feels slick and can really push it.Tongue out

The ajustable outhaul managed to come undone (was one of my shoddy knots)Yell in the middle of the river spent some time swimming around magivering it back together so I could get back to shore. Fixed it properly with the help of Ricey (thanks mate) and learnt some new knot tying skills, went out again but the wind switched off. A few poor souls where left lamenting the fact (bummer Patrick).Cry

Frustrating wally world

Isonic 87/107 Reflex 6.2/7.0 Fo 30/ Canefire 38

2 runs on the small gear wasn't going to cut it

Choice re rig or move on decided to re rig and had an absolute ball

all speeds on the 107 as i was just dredging hole on the 87.

The slow one showed up for one run apart from that had it all to myselfLaughing

Ray gun's tips almost paid off- searching for 30 +, maxed at 29.99 and good 29.79. Honking breeze 18-24 and Iso 86 loving the combo with 6.6 Koncept and half decent Drak/Deboichet 32.

Thanks to the Mrs and daughetr who let me sail on their birthday @ Pelican Point, WA, AU- I am a lucky man!

top 3 on the 2 sec, top 2 10 s av and top 3 NM- gotta be happy with that !

Great going Obi, 30 on the cards at Peli now you know where to get it Tongue out.Thought you looked quick out there down near the point. Missed it by a whisker.

Will take the advise onboard Mark and JJ and get the 94 in the water more often.
