Wind very easterly. the wind really came in just as I was trying to sail out into the channel. Went very slowly out so slowly in fact Chris Firey and Hooray had already come in. Wind eased off a bit which was good. Probably missed the best of the tide but still had a couple of good runs down the bank.

Really nice sailing in a stiff breeze on the harbour; even saw a few of the Hector's Dolphins which was great.
After having sailed the Ezzy 6.5 so many times lately it was really interesting to go back to the 5.8. You really feel the lighter weight and flick-ability - lovely sail.
