Burrum some good wind at the start but faded and the squals didnt do their job a fun sail any way !!! First time with the Switchblade 5.8 very nice.

Lyttelton Harbour, NZ

Another stiff breeze on the harbour - really good sailing. Started on the Scross 115 and tried a 29cm fin on it. I was surprised it went very well. The peak speed was done on it. Changed down to the Cross 104 later on and that was very nice and more balanced feeling. No dolphins today.

Ezzy 6.6, exo scross 115, Exo Cross 104, 29cm blue fin.

Burrum Windfest day 1, great day out on the water with loads of others enjoying the SE wind and flat water along the bank.  Very happy with the nautical mile as I didn't even thing there was enough wind at the end of the run.

Thanks for having me in the team! Shoulder is a bit better today but can't lift anything much. Vindr and Ron helped me put the boards back on my car - Greatly appreciated (I was embarrassed) Waited at Hervey Bay Hospital for 2 1/2 hrs - then had enough and drove back home. Vando went there as well and took the same route as me apparently.
