Not much wind at the start so went out with big speed board and 6.2, thought an hour was a good idea in the lightish wind, after half an hour the wind really kicked in and spent the last 30mins well overpowered.

It was not a fast day at all for some reason, probably cos I was totally knackered after the hour.  Still worth the trip and the walk.

How can I have lost so much fitness in a couple of months? I really need to stay fit when there is no wind.

Wind shifting S to SW regularly, my 5 x 10 sec runs are 90 deg to each other and on different tacks.
