Just a good gust in the last 11 minutes of Da Curve the tide already came in with the waves etc..

very happy I could benefit from the last 11 minuts as the rest was really not that windy!

It was just planing to slightly powered with the 6,1 crosswind and downwind we had no wind at all exept fro a occasional little gust.

Tested a lot of fin's today I'm happy with the result of this!!

Returned home from my visit with Martin to the mXr prodution facility in Poland last night at 2:45 AM and was up early this morning fitting some new fin designs for Luderitz Speed Challenge 2013, that the guys in the factory had made for us to test. Olivier came up with another 2 all new designs apart from the existing UFO Wide 30 asy that was used at Luderitz 2012 and the more high aspect version that was introduced few weeks back and which Antoine then used to win the Mondial du Vent Sosh Cup.

Today turned out to be a good day to compare the latest 3 Luderitz asy designs and they are all secure and fast, the higher aspect version (MdV fin) giving most lift, but I like one in particular which produced this post. I'd like to ty it in a  18cm version with my 44 speed board and 5.6 next time. Very promising.

We were with only 4 and conditions turned really nice for an hour or so until the tide rapidly came back in and we had to leave. We finished the day with a dinner and a cold beer. Was good fun!
